ELEGANCE.
ABOVE ALL.

It began as a design directive: Elegance, above all. A guiding principle for approaching design, imagining use-cases, and conceiving an aspirational lifestyle. As the work continued, the architects, interior designers, and hospitality planners adopted it as a mantra, a North Star for driving decision-making. With the work completed, it carries on as a philosophy for living.

Now 90% sold and entering its final chapter.

A Slender Shimmering Tower

Rising 42 stories into the downtown sky, 77 Greenwich confidently claims its place along the street once known as Millionaire’s Row. Designed by acclaimed architecture firm FXCollaborative, with interiors and amenities design by award-winning TenBerke architects Deborah Berke and Stephen Brockman, the carefully calculated angles of the tower’s sleek glass façade result in dramatic panoramic views of New York Harbor, the Battery, and Hudson River from the condominium residences and amenity spaces. A defining presence in the skyline, now offering a final, limited release of residences.

“The inspiration started with light, the harbor, and the views. The idea is that you’re up high—and indeed, it feels like you’re up high.”

—Deborah Berke, Principal of TenBerke
